Office Manager

We are looking for an office manager and bookkeeper. The role will likely be part time at first (30 hours per week at least) migrating to full-time over the next several months. You would share this role with our current office manager and split your time with her. Duties include:

  • Accounts payable processing
  • Accounts receivable processing
  • Invoicing
  • Balance sheet journal entries
  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Regulatory filing
  • Other general administrative functions

Experience with Quickbooks or Netsuite or other accounting software would be helpful. Excel expertise is a must. There will be opportunities to perform other duties and work in other areas of the business over time and take on more responsibility as the business continues to grow.
