JOHANNA ROGERS
TRAINING DIRECTOR
Johanna Rogers serves as Training Director for AgriTech. With more than 20 years of experience, Johanna has exceptional platform development and course design skills. She has delivered hundreds of courses in areas including professional and leadership development, management training and financial technology. Her training acumen applies to both internal and external audiences.
As training manager at Q2ebanking, she was successful in applying blended instructional design techniques using both virtual and face-to-face delivery methods including e-learning, classroom-based workshops, simulations, and interactive webinars. Prior to that, Johanna served as the savings trainer at the Texas division of World Savings where she developed and implemented training programs for technology, employee development, and customer service.
A graduate of Faulkner Christian and the University of South Alabama with a degree in communications in 2000. After years of traveling and living in different areas of the country, Johanna lives with her daughter in the heart of the Midtown Historic District in Mobile, AL.
